This is a summary of our Customer Agreement which applies to all telecommunications goods and services available from us. Terms in this document have the same meaning as our Customer Agreement.
Complete Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA)
This is Living Networks’ Standard Form of Agreement as prescribed under section 479 of the Telecommunications Act, called our ‘Customer Agreement’ or ‘Customer Terms’.

Acceptable and Fair & Safe Use Policies
This policy is designed to ensure that your use of the service does not break any laws, hinder the efficient operation of our network, interfere with the rights of Optus Internet customers, or interfere more generally with the rights of Internet users.
Financial Hardship applies to situations where a customer is unable to discharge their financial obligations, but where they reasonably expect to be able to do so in the future.
Complaint Handling Policy
We are committed to providing customers with great service and where you believe we fall short, we are open for feedback and open with Customers about their options for complaints and escalation.
We understand and are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers all customer personal and sensitive information collected by us.
