Chief Executive Officer

Pippa Leary

Pippa joined Swift in July 2019 following her tenure heading up Nine’s digital sales team where she was responsible for the media company’s key online properties including, 9Honey and their broadcast video on demand platform 9Now. Pippa was previously CEO of Fairfax-Nine programmatic exchange APEX, and prior to that held senior executive roles at Fairfax Media, including Managing Director of the publisher’s Digital Media division. Pippa is also an experienced board director, and currently sits on the advisory boards of the RLPA and uCast.

Chief Financial Officer

George Nicholls

George joined Swift in January 2017 after a career spanning almost 20 years as a finance professional. He has held positions in professional practice across multiple industries including technology and communications for private and public companies in Australia and the United Kingdom. George is a fully qualified member of the Charted Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Head of Enterprise Sales

David Spencer

David joined Swift in 2008 after a career in Engineering and Project Delivery across Government, IT integrators and large, tier one mining companies. As one of the founding members of the Swift team David has been instrumental in pushing the boundaries and bringing the company success in the Mining and Resources sector. This experience now sees David positioned well in his current role as Head of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships across all sectors.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jon White

Jon joined the advertising industry in 1989 following a short officer career in the Royal Australian Navy. He spent fifteen years learning the craft of media strategy planning and buying at Australia’s largest ad agencies of the time, George Patterson Advertising and Zenith Media. Following this Jon enjoyed senior management and executive roles at Mitchell Communication Group (ASX:MCU) and Aegis Media Pacfic. After a wonderful 20+ years on the ”buy” side, Jon moved to media sales in 2013 with his appointment as Country Manager for global mobile ad network InMobi. While there, he grew the AU/NZ business over 400% securing a spot in the top 12 digital media companies in Australia at that time. Jon joined Medical Media in 2018 as Commercial Director, and was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of Swift Media Ltd upon acquisition of that business in early 2019.

Chief Operating Officer

Alexis Rouch

Alexis has held senior leadership positions in corporate, public sector and consulting organisations in Australia, Asia, UK and Europe. The early days of Alexis’ career saw her work as a Managing Consultant to SMS Management & Technology, Accenture and PwC. This led her to become the Director of IT and Change Management at First National Bank in the UK and later General Manager and Head of Technology for Consumer Finance at ANZ. Prior to joining Medical Media in August 2017, Alexis held the position of Director of IT & Operations Transformation at AMP. Alexis’ wealth of experience in managing change and growth in all aspects of the general operations of a business, as well as specific expertise in technical operations has driven considerable business improvements since her engagement.

Matt Strack

Matt is a global IT Executive and joined the team in January 2017 and brings a wealth of market leading experience in the development and management of IT operations in large and complex environments. He has led organisations locally and internationally over the last 20 years and is passionate about achieving positive commercial outcomes through the delivery of technology solutions.
