Xavier Kris

Appointed as CEO of Swift Media on the company’s ASX listing in June 2016, Xavier Kris is an accomplished and innovative, international C- level executive with early experience as a Chief Executive and a proven track record in building global businesses and delivering results. With over 21 years’ experience as a Director of service based information technology businesses in the UK, France, USA, South East Asia and Australia, Xavier specialises in providing acquisition, integration and business development services for companies seeking to expand their operations internationally.

Chief Operating Officer

Alexis Rouch

Alexis has held senior leadership positions in corporate, public sector and consulting organisations in Australia, Asia, UK and Europe. The early days of Alexis’ career saw her work as a Managing Consultant to SMS Management & Technology, Accenture and PwC. This led her to become the Director of IT and Change Management at First National Bank in the UK and later General Manager and Head of Technology for Consumer Finance at ANZ. Prior to joining Medical Media in August 2017, Alexis held the position of Director of IT & Operations Transformation at AMP. Alexis’ wealth of experience in managing change and growth in all aspects of the general operations of a business, as well as specific expertise in technical operations has driven considerable business improvements since her engagement.

Chief Strategy Officer

Lee Hunter

Lee is an experienced international technology and marketing executive (ex-Google and YouTube), ASX-listed CEO, board member, advisor, and guest speaker. As a 10-year Google veteran, Lee is an expert in marketing and innovation. He was previously the Global Head of Brand & Creative for YouTube, where amongst other successful global initiatives, he created the YouTube Music Awards. He was also the Head of Marketing Strategy & Innovation for Google Asia Pacific. Lee brings award-winning experience, with a strong track record of running businesses, building the world’s top brands, driving growth and launching highly successful products and campaigns.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jon White

Jon joined the advertising industry in 1989 following a short officer career in the Royal Australian Navy. He spent fifteen years learning the craft of media strategy planning and buying at Australia’s largest ad agencies of the time, George Patterson Advertising and Zenith Media. Following this Jon enjoyed senior management and executive roles at Mitchell Communication Group (ASX:MCU) and Aegis Media Pacfic. After a wonderful 20+ years on the ”buy” side, Jon moved to media sales in 2013 with his appointment as Country Manager for global mobile ad network InMobi. While there, he grew the AU/NZ business over 400% securing a spot in the top 12 digital media companies in Australia at that time. Jon joined Medical Media in 2018 as Commercial Director, and was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of Swift Media Ltd upon acquisition of that business in early 2019.

Head of Enterprise Sales

David Spencer

David joined Swift in 2008 after a career in Engineering and Project Delivery across Government, IT integrators and large, tier one mining companies. As one of the founding members of the Swift team David has been instrumental in pushing the boundaries and bringing the company success in the Mining and Resources sector. This experience now sees David positioned well in his current role as Head of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships across all sectors.

Matt Strack

Matt is a global IT Executive and joined the team in January 2017 and brings a wealth of market leading experience in the development and management of IT operations in large and complex environments. He has led organisations locally and internationally over the last 20 years and is passionate about achieving positive commercial outcomes through the delivery of technology solutions.

George Nicholls

George joined Swift in January 2017 after a career spanning almost 20 years as a finance professional. He has held positions in professional practice across multiple industries including technology and communications for private and public companies in Australia and the United Kingdom. George is a fully qualified member of the Charted Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Executive Consultant

Peter Wiltshire

With a career in the media industry spanning over 30 years, Peter has held Executive and Senior Management roles in ASX top 200 companies, and his experiences span across FTA TV, Digital, SVOD, AVOD, Radio, Magazines, and Outdoor. Peter was formerly the Chief Revenue Officer at Nine Entertainment Co. for 10 years, and prior to that was the Group Sales Director for Southern Cross Broadcasting for 5 years. He started his career at Network Ten and spent 12 years working in Adelaide then Melbourne. Peter is also the Founder and Director of Australia’s largest independent media representation firm, WeThinkMedia, where he maintains an active role managing his private business. Additionally, he was a management consultant for MediaWorks New Zealand and executed a turnaround strategy for their TV business. Peter has served on many industry bodies over his career, including FreeTV Australia, Commercial Radio Australia, Regional TV Marketing Bureau, and was the driving force behind establishing the recently formed ThinkTV, a body that promotes all forms of TV and its varying distribution channels. For charity, Peter was also on the advisory board of the Starlight Children’s Foundation for 8 years.

Ben Frichot

With over 25 years of experience, Creative Director Ben Frichot is a proven force in Brand Design & Communications. His ability to assist and energise companies as they crystallise the vision and focus of their brand has a proven track record of success. Ben is an award winning designer with experience across a broad range of sectors including brand design for multi billion dollar global entities such as Brookfield Multiplex, or design for high profile artists such as Foo Fighters, Nick Cave and Motorhead. From boutique enterprises through to global giants, Frichot has contributed both creative strategy and design to help brands realise their vision and connect with their desired markets.
