Chief Executive Officer

Pippa Leary

Pippa joined Swift in July 2019 following her tenure heading up Nine’s digital sales team where she was responsible for the media company’s key online properties including, 9Honey and their broadcast video on demand platform 9Now. Pippa was previously CEO of Fairfax-Nine programmatic exchange APEX, and prior to that held senior executive roles at Fairfax Media, including Managing Director of the publisher’s Digital Media division. Pippa is also an experienced board director, and currently sits on the advisory boards of the RLPA and uCast.

Chief Financial Officer

Geoff Greenberg

Geoff is a Chartered Management Accountant with over twenty years’ experience across retail, media, consumer goods and corporate finance sectors. His experience spans a broad range of accountabilities including commercial finance, financial control, strategic and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, business intelligence and data strategy, information technology, tax, risk management and company secretarial. Prior to joining Swift, Geoff was CFO at George and Matilda Eyecare, a fast growing, independent optical retailer with over 75 locations across Australia. Previously, Geoff was Director of Commercial Finance at oOh!media where amongst other responsibilities he led the commercial workstreams to support the IPO of the Company in 2014. Geoff’s career began in his home country of Canada and has now included extended periods work in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia.

Chief Sales Officer

Natalie Grabbe

Natalie Grabbe recently joined Swift Media in January 2020 as Chief Sales Officer. Natalie brings to this role over 15 years of sales leadership experience running successful sales teams at The Guardian in the UK and the USA, Yahoo 7 in Australia and most recently at Nine Digital. Natalie has a strong track record in building high performance sales teams through coaching and developing people. Her success comes from her ability to develop and execute sales strategies to deliver results.

Chief Customer and Strategy Officer

Kirsty Davison

Kirsty joined Swift Media in September 2019. She has over 20 years experience in general management, business strategy, digital product development and marketing in Australia and the UK across a range of industries including digital media, financial services, ecommerce and travel. She held various executive roles at Fairfax Media, ran market leading business Stayz, was a Co-founder of fintech uno Home Loans backed by Westpac, and has advised a series of start ups and corporates on growth strategies at Magenta Consulting. Kirsty loves bringing new ideas to life, creating great customer experiences and growing businesses. She has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

General Manager - Health & Wellbeing

Joe Stubbs

Joe joined Swift Media as part of the acquisition of Medical Media in February 2019 after serving 4 years with the Medical Media business in Operations Leadership roles. Joe was appointed as General Manager of Swift’s Health & Wellbeing Network in March 2020, where he has played a pivotal role in defining organizational strategy and implementing key strategic partnerships. Joe has over 10years’ experience in the Media, Technology and Energy sectors in Australia and the UK working holding senior leadership roles across Operational & Client Relationship functions. Joe has a strong track record in building and developing teams through an effective mix of strategy, strong leadership and an analytical approach

General Manager - Operations

Aidan Sommerville

Aidan joined Swift in 2012 after a career in the Australian military where he held multiple leadership positions specialising in communication and information systems. Throughout his time with Swift, Aidan has successfully led numerous departments including Support, Project Delivery and Product Development. He was instrumental in managing core business functions focusing on the Mining and Resources sector prior to driving deployments into new high-growth and emerging markets. Aidan has a passion for building high performing and collaborative teams through exceptional leadership, communication and vision. Aidan was appointed as General Manager of Operations in 2020 where he has played a vital role in restructuring the business’s operating model and strategy focusing on maximising profitability and operational excellence.
